Having a relationship with sacred plant medicine was considered an Initiation, one step of many others in which you begin the path called in some cultures around the world: the Warrior, Merchant, Priest and Mage. Walking this path, you encounter obstacles in your journey and learn lessons from the invisible-visible world.

What this Shamanic Initiation teachings are about?

In a few words: they are about understanding yourself in front of everything around you.  I have seen and experienced during the course of my Shamanic practice, people feeling a Calling. More Questions than answers arise to the surface after an experience with Plant Medicines.  Sometimes they are unable to find and efficient pathway to answer those questions.  An example of my own personal journey will be good to share with you:

 It took me a several years until I decided to formally follow the Initiation process, a path done by my Ancestors and by myself long time ago. I remember, in some point of my life, I filled up myself with information about everything, you can imagine, everything related to Occult-esoteric knowledge. Then, I was in a point in my life, in which I told myself: “Once I learn about the masons, secret teachings of Egyptians, Zen, Shinto, Buddhism, Tao philosophies, the Mayan and Toltec knowledge, Jesus and Khrisna teachings, meditation, breathing etc..., THEN… I will be able to explain it and apply it”−

I was lost, the more I knew and found information on this "spiritual path" the more frustrated I felt, I thought that by learning a bunch of techniques here and there was enough. I just have initiated.

The journey taught me: If I not able to confront, understand or deal with the day to day in this physical plane, what would be the purpose to apply all of these techniques in other dimension or realm? 

What am I expecting to do in other worlds if I have do not  have learned here in this Planet Earth to be with myself in the daily basis: as Individual, Family, society, culture and world.

Always the Information showed up in different shapes and colors, from several sources as I mentioned before. I DID NOT know what and how to processed it, I knew a lot about everything and at the same time I did not know anything  e.g.  From all kind of conspiracy theories to the Intergalactic realms of all kind of beings and dimensions.

There was a constant fight with the logical mind and Illogical mind. I constantly doubt myself. In my journey I participated in some “spiritual practices” which are far from what has been taught from Native Ancient Initiation Cultures, did not know it at that time, it was part of my own process and path.

The Fusion of ideas brought me “Con-fusion” in my thoughts, speech, feelings and actions, my auto response was without consciousness and as a result I went to an internal and external conflict with myself and surroundings:  Anger, Isolation, Underestimation, Ignorance.

I realized it was good to be lost, one need to be lost to find himself again. I learned this later on from the Shamans of the Mountains of the Andes in Peru and from my own journey with different mentors I was able to learn from. Once I accepted I was lost then I began getting involve in the learning process. You know… there is a lot of knowledge and information around…Yes, You may find a lot of literature of Esoteric-Occult Teachings from different cultures around the world.

The thing is, some of this information NEVER explain the Initiation Path which was taught centuries ago, is coded. This was passed through Oral Tradition, generation to generation, some of this information has been lost, other has kept under close circles, organizations or families.

Pragmatic Teachings

Something fundamental in the Initiation Teachings is “You have to make it practical, not just put it in the intellectual level”.  I can tell you: “You may have gifts, talents, skills or capacities, these ones have to be develop, if not, it can be overwhelming if you do not Train and Practice and understand what you can do with that. It is essential to start build your confidence, trust, power and value. Walking a path that has been taught and walked in ancient cultures”.

After years of practice and defending my own growth the foundation of The School of Shamanic Initiation Teachings was done. A good cumulus of teachings from the Qeros (Paqos) from the High Andes. Following the Andean Cosmovision as well linked with other esoteric-occult knowledge from Initiation Cultures around the world.

The way these Shamanic Teachings are introduce is by Oral Tradition. We need numbers, this planet need more shamans –understanding Shaman  as– Saman as the one who knows to heal himself-  In this time-space requires more people start the Initiation path as it was done in ancient times.
