The purpose is you have a good informed decision and future reference about what the experience entails. 

Once the participant finds himself in interest of attending and participating in the experience, he/she will be provided informational documents about the Plant Medicine topic.

Relying on these above-mentioned info-tools to make a well informed and conscious decision and therefore be in aptitude of preparing oneself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for the experience.

Once the participant takes the decision to participate in the experience in a direct manner, the next step is to formalize the commitment and participation through a Deposit to reserve and guarantee his place within the Medicine Circle.

It is important that the participant expresses any doubt, concern or question to the organizers regarding the Medicine Circle program as well clearly communicating any physical or mental condition which might prevent the participation.

The deposit’s amount is 50% of the total contribution amount, the deposit is asked of each person with the intention of participating in the medicine circle. The deposit has 3 main purposes:

a)    Respect to oneself, bringing certainty to his/her own actions. Respect to the organizers, providing the energetic exchange representing money and Respect to the other people interested who assume the compromise of participating.

b)    Reserve the spot and commitment to guarantee one’s participation.

c)    Responsibility with one’s thoughts, words, emotions and actions to fulfill the agreement which has taken form, and which has created an energetic structure in the timeline to reach the dates agreed upon.

A Full Refund will only take place in the event that the participant communicates with 6 weeks in advance to the established dates and clearly states that he or she will not participate in the medicine circle.

A refund of 50% of the initial deposit will take place if the participant notifies within 4 weeks of the date of the Retreat.

The exact location will be provided approximately 3-5 days prior to the medicine circle retreat date. The location will be provided only to those ones who have taken upon themselves the commitment to formally participate.
